We strive to ship all orders received before 12pm the same day. If for any reason we are unable to supply an item on your order you will be contacted.

What happens if my tool breaks or I have any warrant issues?
All of our products come with a manufacturers warranty. All of our suppliers and manufacturers have a service centres Australia Wide. If you have any issues, contact us and we will point you to the closest warranty agent.
What happens if I lose my receipt/invoice?
If you need a copy of your receipt/invoice for any reason, send us an email at info@unitedtoolstownsville.com.au and we will email you a copy.
